Never tried beetroot, sounds!.!.!. interesting!. I've tried home-brewed wine and beer from fair to terrible, few that were better than a decent British Pub brew or US microbrew!.
You mean Bailey's Irish Cream!? It's just Irish Whisky (Bailey's White Label), heavy cream, condensed milk and flavoring!. You can use coffee, coffee liquor, chocolate, vanilla extract and all sorts of other spices (think egg nog spices) to jazz it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have been making cream liqueur every Christmas for years, which is very popular!.
One large tin condensed milk!.
Half pint fresh single cream!.
Half pint of whisky and dark rum (i!.e!. 1/4 pint each)!.
Note that there is no coffee flavour in this; it is for drinking with coffee if desired!.
It will easily keep for a few weeks, but the cream thickens in the neck of the bottle, so it is best soon drunk!Www@FoodAQ@Com
