The best thing for you to do is re rack into a glass demi-john!. You are not out of the woods yet, and there is still more fermentation to do!. Use a tube for this, and try and draw as much off the leas as you can, even if you have to leave some wine!. You will have to remove the wine from any sediment by doing this over and over!. Once you think you have enough, you can try a coffee filter!. Last time I did that though, I made a big mess!.
A little fiz is OK, esp if you have twist top bottles!. Go out and buy a Portuguese Vinho Verde to see the acceptable amount of fiz in an end product!.
also, look for fining agents!. I have not used these yet myself but know people who did to get crystal clear wines!. You can use egg whites to do this actually!.
Sorry bro, this is the hard part!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could probably use a coffee filter, but do make sure it is absolutely clean and dry!. Nothing spoils a wine faster than contaminated containers and strainers! For more tips and tricks, see http://www!.copperwiki!.org/index!.php/Maki!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it were me I'd just drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
