Am curious :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
vodka doesn't freeze because it would be too hard to drink it :D

no really though, it is not h2o (water), and h2o has a 32f degree freezing temp!. alcohol is around -180f :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It would if you got it cold enough, but not in a domestic freezer; reason is because alcohol freezes at a much lower temperature than water!.
It's a good idea to keep Vodka and Gin in the freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vodka has a high alcohol content!. It is usually about 40% alcohol!. Alcohol freezes at about -117 degrees F!. Freezers usually only go down to about -20!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The alcohol makes the freezing point much lower than that of water!. So if you get it cold enough, it will freeze, but at standard home freezer temperatures, it doesn't!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
