Question: Do you have to have a liquor license in Texas to sell a Margarita Mix that already has the alcohol in it!?

I have a gift store and want to offer fun gift baskets with this specific mix and a few other things- It would be the only alcohol in my shop!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

of course you do !.!.!.!.!.!.!. alcohol is alcohol!. The licensing bureau really doesn't care if it's the only alcohol in your store:) !.!.!.!.!.!.AND, alot of counties in Texas are dry, or only sell beer & wineWww@FoodAQ@Com

i dont really have an idea what it is like in texas but its sounds very plausible and you should definitly ask before you sell anything alcohlicWww@FoodAQ@Com
