Ahh! About to sip on some Brandy... Wait, how am i supposed to drink Brandy?!

Question: Ahh! About to sip on some Brandy!.!.!. Wait, how am i supposed to drink Brandy!?
Ok so after hearing about Hennessy from people and alot of rap songs!.!.!. i decided to go get a pint and try it out!. Didnt even know it was Brandy just figured it was Whiskey or dark Rum!. Ive learned a little so far, like the V!.S somehow stands for Brandy that was aged for 3 or more years!. And that you should drink it out of a snifter!?

Basically, i want to warm upto Brandy and i want to drink this Hennessy like its meant to be and not just out of the bottle because something this expensive, in my opinion, deserves to br drunk from a glass or snifter if that is what i should be drinking it out of!. so if anyone can give me the 101 on properly drinking brandy i would appreciate it!.

And if i wanted to drink something with coke or out of the bottle i would of just got Crown Royal or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

People who like good brandy (cognac or armagnac, anyway) dont mix it, chase it, or chill it!. Pour just a bit into a snifter, cup the bowl with your hand, and warm it slightly!. Then enjoy the aroma and sip it slowly!. Mmmm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Traditionally!.!.!.!.at room temp in a snifter!.!.!.!.!.!.I like mine over ice with a splash of Coke Classic with a lime wedge!.!.!.!.!.!.you may like it with some maraschino cherries instead of the lime to bring out the sweet taste!. Happy Tasting and Trails in life:)!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love brandy just out of a small glass with beer for a chaser!. It feels so nice and warm!. I like a good brand of brandy, but I have never tried Hennessy, it just never fit into my budget!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
