Question: Need advise about a bottle of vodka I had in the freezer!?
I took it out but haven't opened it yet as I decided to freeze a different bottle - if I leave it outside it's not gonna explode is it!? (it's a glass bottle if it matters)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Glass bottles typically explode because of pressure not temperature!. Glass needs to get well beyond the temperature of most furnaces to melt, let alone explode (which is basically melting superfast, if done by heat)!.

There's nothing to raise the pressure of the bottle of vodka!. Water is the *only* substance which freezes into a less dense state, so the alcohol in vodka actually decreases in volume when frozen, which as you already know, does not happen in a household freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually if you put something (like softdrink or beer) into the freezer for too long it will explode!.

I have had a bottle of vodka in my freezer for about a year and like the other posts have said alcohol will not freeze in your freezer!.

I have taken mine out and put it back in a few times and had no problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it will not explode!.
Alcohol does not freeze in the first place!.!.!.so it will not explode if it is not frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
