Question: If the age limit for alchohol in Florida is 21, is there a higher limit for hard liquor!?
I understand that in some states there is a restriction of 25years old to be able to purchase hard liqour, and wondered if this was the case in FloridaWww@FoodAQ@Com

21 is not a federal law!. It is up to each individual state to set their own alcohol laws, however in 1984 there was a federal law passed stating that if a state does not se ttheir legal alcohol age to 21 they would not receive funding for highways!. So immediately after all states quickly set the age to 21!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

21 is the age for every state!. Hard Liquor is Alcohol!. You can purchase Alcohol at the age of 18 - Beer, wine, Whiskey!. Just don't get too carried away! lol !!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't know of any instances where one has to be 25 to purchase alcoholic beverages!. One reaches majority at 21 which includes the ability to legally purchase hard liquor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope, I live in florida and they are pretty easy going!. You can buy alcohol on Sundays!. They sell beer and wine in almost every grocery store, gas station and drug store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
