Nothing so far is really correct that I've read, I've been a bartender for about 10 years now and if you pay attention to any liquor that is stored at room temperature its going to melt ice rather fast, especially when that ice and bev!. is served in a glass that's room temp!. also any alcohol will eat through paper cups because alcohol breaks down the wax lining in paper cups that's why you use plastic cups!. the color of the alcohol has nothing to do with it either!. If you put water that's room temp in a glass that's room temp with ice it will melt the ice quickly also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
