Answers:
Any yeast will make wine of a sort!. If you want something worth drinking, get a real wine yeast, such as Montrachet or champagne!. Those will set you back less than a pound per packet!. It hardly pays to skimp on one very important ingredient!. Bread yeast is , umm, bred to produce lots of carbon dioxide and very little alcohol!. You want just the opposite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To make good wine you need a wine yeast!. There's plenty of home winemakers stores!.

The yeast used determines a tremendous amount about the final wine

As the old saying goes, if a jobs worth doing, its worth doing properly!.

Of course, if you're in Saudi then !.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well all types of yeast will do the job!. With bread yeast, you will get a "bready" flavour!. With preservatives in the yeast it just wont work!! Brewers yeast (without preservatives) works the best!. You can get the powder from Holland & Barrett for under £5!Www@FoodAQ@Com
