Im 13 and i drink and sometimes smoke!.!.!. i want to stop but everytime i go to a party or hang out w!. my cousins ( who drink and stuff ) i get hooked again!!! ideas!?!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stop now before you develop a habit you won't be able to control!. You need to stay away from those who are using, even if they are family!. Addicts love fellow addicts!. Talk to your parents and tell them your cousins are doing drugs and alcohol so they can get them into rehab NOw!. You yourself should talk to a drug counselor so they can educate you about this!. Its not cool to do drugs, drink, drive while intoxicated, its illegal, dangerous, will prevent you from getting your liscence later on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you must drink, maybe try going for some of the non alcoholic drinks like O'Douls!.
And, if you seem to be set on smoking try just being around those who smoke rather than smoking yourself!. Atleast it will lessen the chance of you smoking when your alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

umm ok u have NO self control whatsoever!. here the 3 simple words that we all have lived by our whole lifes; JUST SAY NO! its really not that difficult!. u can a!. stop hanging out with those ppl or b!. grow up and be the bigger person!. dont do stupid stuff to impress ppl!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
try to stay away from parties and since you probably can't avoid your cousins, suggest you hang out in public places (like the mall or movies) so you can't drink and smoke and stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am Mormon and I find going to my local church leader helps a lot!. If that doesn't work, talk to yur PARENTS! They will obviously be dissapointed but they should try to help your problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
