They definitely both have their advantages (and disadvantages!.)
For me, getting drunk is more FUN!. I feel less inhibited, more likely to dance on the table, get naked, etc!. However, there is the hangovers, and poor decisions!.
Getting high can be really fun too, depending on how you react to it and what you do!. Getting stoned is not fun if you just chill on the couch, but if you get out and have an adventure or go see something hilarious with like-minded friends then it can be very fun!. Plus theres no aftermath once it wears off!. The most fun I've had high was after eating some herb brownies (the high is more intense and can last all night!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well lets see getting drunk makes you impaired and affects your ability to function rationally not to mention being hung over and sick the next day!. Getting high not only destroys brain cells but can get you arrested and your reflexes are affected as well!.
