Any fruit or vegetable can be used to make wine, as can some other substances (tea, coffee)!. My personal favorite country wines are potato, lemon, and elderberry!. If you consider mead as a wine, that would be close to the top of my list!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I've had strawberry wine before which was nice, but very sweet - so it would have to be a dessert wine!.
