Perfect bloody mary recipe?!
i already thought i would use v-8 instead of tomato juice but can anyone tell me the perfect way to make a bloody mary please!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bloody Mary
40ml/1?fl oz vodka
75ml/3fl oz tomato juice
dash lemon juice
? tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
handful ice cubes
lime wedges, to serve
Method
1!. Pour all the ingredients, except for the lime wedges, into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix!.
2!. Strain into a tall glass over ice cubes and garnish with lime wedges

6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
150ml/5fl oz tomato juice
pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1!. Place the ice into a tall glass and add the vodka!.
2!. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and tomato juice!. Stir well!.

Intense tomato puree from Italy (in glass not can) A 25 ml shot of real Russian Vodka (not Smirnoff wheat stuff) and a glass of dark sherry from Jerez in Spain!. The tomato is diluted of course!. We spice with smoked Hungarian paprika,
and add a teaspoon of anchovy paste!. Well stirred and no ice, but served with a slice of lemon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
