How come all wine I bought while tasting are 2007??!
I went to Napa, had a great time, spent a fortune on wine!.!. and bought several bottles of wine that I tasted!.
But, the bottles I tasted (in several wineries) were 04's and 05's!.!. but when I got home and looked at what I bought they were all 2007!?!?
I tried one of the bottles and it was too sour and wasn't ready to drink!. Is this customary or was I ripped off!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check with the tasting room attendant to see what the current release is! Sounds like you got played if what you tasted is not what you received!. Call the winery and tell them what happened!.

No this is not customary practice and it is unusual for a Napa Winery to do this!. It is logical to assume that you've been ripped off, but there may have simply been some confusion!. Call the winery(ies) you purchased from, explain the situation, and see if some arrangement can be agreed upon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
