For a mass-produced beer, Killian's is quite good!. Given a choice--or choices-- I would prefer Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Bass Ale, or Anchor Steam!. Given the zillions of medium- and microbreweries in the San Fran area, the house specials are usually great!.!.!.Pyramid's Apricot Ale is a great summer quaff, for example!.
Negra Modelo in bottles and San Miguel are top-notch imports, IMHO;some other favorites are Almaza (Lebanese lager) and Singha (from Thailand!.!.!.unique flavor, well suited for Asian food)!.
If you ever visit San Francisco, you MUST check put The Beach Chalet, it's out on The Great Highway, across the street from the beach (Pacific Ocean)!.!.!.great view from the upstairs microbrewery-restaurant, weekend brunches, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
