Question: Does anyone know another alternative for tannin/ grape tannin in wine making!?
can anyone help me!? we will have our first wine making experiment and sad to say that my recipe for making wine include grape tannin or tannin which is not available in our place!. (wine-making ain't famous in our place)

Now, some says that raisins can be alternative for tannin!. how true is it!?
