Answers:
If it is grape juice you have bought from the supermarket then probably not, as it will have been processed!.

Juice from fresh grapes, with their skins, should ferment and make some kind of wine!.

Better still, crush thegrapes, put them in a big pot, seal it, put in hole in ground and leave!. Open in three- 6 months!. You should have wine!. Its the way they stillmake home wine in eastern Europe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is posible, but it may also spoil!. The yeasts needed for grape juice fermentation into wine live on the skins of grapes!. If you crushed grapes and left them with their skins, then you can make wine!. Some of these yeasts live in the are (esp around vineyards) but you may not catch them!. Try doing a yeast capture with sugar water and flour first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

does it mean if you leave it longer, then it will turn into champagne!?
:)

gee!.!.then you'll get to save hundreds of dollars to buy a bottle of champagne!

naah!.!. it will spoil and turn bad and turn sour or whatever you name it, and before you know it, it's heavan for bacterias and germs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In theory, it is possible!. You'd have to have a yeast cell (or more than one) get to the juice and no bacteria reach it!. It is much more likely that you would wind up with vinegar -- or worse!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it is pure juice-no concentrate or preservatives!.!.!.!.!. Leave room in the container for air expansion and in time it will ferment and you will have alcohol!.!.!.

Just a thought !.!.!. Peace!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It would mold before it could ferment!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
