I'm bartending at a friend's Hawaiian / Surf themed party. I need drink ideas.?!

Question: I'm bartending at a friend's Hawaiian / Surf themed party!. I need drink ideas!.!?
Howdy!. So, I've got a list of cool drinks already!. But, I'm really after stiff Hawaiian themed drinks that I can make in big quantities (so I don't have to work so hard)!. Anything that is strong, that can be made in a blender or punch bowl is what I'm thinking!. Much appreciated!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's some really good traditional Hawaiian drinks that your crowd will enjoy!.

Mai Tai
Invented by the famous Trader Vic in 1944, “Mai Tai” means literally “the very best “ in the Tahitian language!.

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Orange Curacao or Grand Marnier (Triple Sec can substitute)
? oz Amaretto (Almond liqueur)
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Dash lime juice
1 Dash Grenadine

Shake well and pour over ice!. Garnish with a Cherry and Orange slice if available!. Don’t forget the paper umbrella!

Pi?a Colada
Meaning “Strained Coconut” this island mainstay is actually believed to have been invented by Puerto Rican bartender Ramon Marrero in 1954!. Marrero set out to capture all the flavors of Puerto Rico in one glass by combining Pineapple, Coconut and Rum!.

4 oz Pina Colada Mix (Or 1 part Crème de Coconut and 2 parts Pineapple Juice)
1 oz Light Rum
1 Cup Ice
1 oz Half and Half or Milk (For a creamier version!. Optional)

Combine ingredients in a blender or mix well and enjoy on the rocks!. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple!. Don’t forget the paper umbrella!

Chi Chi
Simply substitute Vodka for Rum in the above Pina Colada recipe to create this Hawaiian spin-off!.

Blue Hawaiian
This cocktail was probably inspired by the 1961 film Blue Hawaii starring Elvis Presley!.

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Pina Colada Mix (Or 1 part Crème de Coconut and 2 parts Pineapple Juice)
1 Cup Ice

Combine ingredients in a blender or mix well and enjoy on the rocks!. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple!. Don’t forget the paper umbrella!

Tropical Itch
This modern cocktail is served with a backscratcher in the glass!. If you cannot get your hands on Lilikoi (passion fruit) juice, just substitute a mix of your favorites!.

1oz Vodka
1oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Orange Curacao or Grand Marnier (Triple Sec will substitute)
3 - 4 oz!. Passion Fruit Juice (Or get creative!)

Shake well and pour over ice!. Garnish with fruit and the backscratcher!

My aunt had a Hawaiian theme bridal shower, She bought little umbrellas, the cherries that come in a jar & caned pine apples put them on the umbrellas or tooth picks it gives any drink a Hawiian look!. She bought strawberry puckers & mixed it with a little vodka, it was good!. Next, she bought an asortment of good fruit punches & mixed it with vodka put it in a big bowl & put some hawiian decor around it ( like real pine apples & fake leis) it was a hit!. She also served Captain morgan Parrot Bay with Tampico strewberry & orange juice(the juice come in galons so she didn't spend alot of money)!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
