By definition, vodka doesn't taste like anything!. It is a "grain neutral spirit" meaning that is has been distilled to the purity of pure ethanol and pure water!. Filtration through activated carbon removes any residual elements, leaving a very clean, flavorless spirit that will mix with almost anything!. Usually, the better quality the vodka, the more distillation and filtration is done but there is definitely a max, and many of the "superpremiums" rely heavily on marketing and public perception!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Alcohol!. All hard liquor will taste nasty because alcohol tastes nasty!. If you want to lessen the blow make sure it is ice cold and chase it with something!. also, remember that you won't fully realize how it will effect you until about 20 min after you drink it, keep control over yourself by drinking SLOWLY!. Well i don't know how you would describe the taste but, like all liquor it is strong if you drink it straight!. It is not to bad though!. I used to always buy vodka because it is cheaper than other liquor!. Now i like the flavored Bacardi!. Try it out and see how you like it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
It doesn't really have much of an odor!. The first five shots it tastes like water, then afterward it tastes more like raw liquor!. After 10 shots I begin to a few buzzed!.
Tequila is much better, but it takes 6 shots for me to get a little buzz!.

It doesn't have much of a taste--I can't really think of anything to compare it to!. It tastes like alcohol!.!.!.mixed in juice or tonic, it can be quite nice!. If you are drinking it straight, stick it in the freezer for a few hours!. And the higher quality, the smoother the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
