You are suppose to serve it chilled!. it says so on the bottle!. but i usually just drink it at room temp!. it doesnt bother me too !.!. and ive been drinking jager for years!. its really just a personal preference!.!. try it at room temp!.!.if it tastes funky to ya throw it up in the freezer for a while and let it get cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
