Because dry ice isn't frozen water!. It's solidified carbon dioxide!. They call it dry ice because it has similar properties to ice (cold, similar texture), but obviously, it's dry - it doesn't melt, it just changes back into gas, hence the fog!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
