Does anyone know how to make homade moonshine I need the eaiest and safest way?!
Answers:
First you need to ferment cooked sugar water with
bakers yeast (add when cooled down ofcourse)!.
Using a swan neck to let CO2 out and no oxygen in!.
When the bubbling in the swan neck comes
to a halt the yeast will be dead leaving an alcohol
concentration of around 10-12%
Than the, potential, unsafe part: Destilation

It's the same process farmers use to make ethanol, which can be burned in any gasoline powered engine, except that in the making of ethanol a substance is added to make it taste so bad you can't drink it!.
Moonshine is basically just distilled beer!. The people who make it add water to whatever grain, corn, wheat, milo, or whatever and let it ferment until the sugars turn into alcohol!.
Then they boil the grain alcohol off, allowing it to cool and condense (that's what the long coiled tubing in a still does) The grain alcohol (ethanol), having a lower evaporating temperature cooks off first!. There is no "safe" way to do this, homemade grain alcohol can be very poison, can cause blindness or even death!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

basics: take some water & sugar, and introduce some yeast, that will make alcohol and mash, to separate them, you can filter it, or distil it, which is traditional!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
