How do I get a WINE bottle open withow a corkscrew?!
I was thinking of screwing it then pulling it out with plyersWww@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
The screw is a good idea!. A course thread is best, like a deck screw!. Screw it to the bottom of the cork, grip with pliers and lever it up!. Don't use the knife, very stupid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Take a rope make a knot big -say like a hazel nut - ok
Now push the cork with anything available ( clean !.!.!.!. ) - ok
Now introduce the rope and let the "hazelnut" go UNDER the cork - help if necessary with a metal tiny and long thing - and now the cork is going back up - and you pull the rope - the cork is ouuuuuuuuuut !!!!

I had to do that once get a thin sharp kitchen knife stab the cork, then turn the knife & put your weight on it while you have the knife in the cork, pull it out at an angle, repeat!.!.!.!. it should come out after a few trys, Good luck & drink one for me!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can also force the cork into the bottle!. It'll slosh around in there but you'll get wine out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
