Answers:
Wine can go off in the bottle if it's exposed to too much heat or shifting temperature or vibration!. The top of the fridge, for example, or next to an oven are perfect places to ruin a bottle!. Or the trunk of your car on the way back from the shop on a hot summer day!.

Once opened, wine will start to lose flavor!. Most will last a week or so, but you'll lose most of the flavor and it can get skunked with bacteria!. You can get stoppers and vacuums and all sorts of things to add a day or three to the wine, and sticking it in the fridge will help, but it's all downhill once the seal is broken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It only gets better (and stronger!) with time! Alcohol itself kills germs and bacteria so it never expires!. Just be careful, might knock you off your feet :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Any wine can go bad if not stored proper!.How do you think that came up with vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
