Is Wine strictly for sippn'?!
Answers:
Wine's not the best for chugging, however, wine does come in 5liter boxes, so it is at least for gulping!. It will screw you up, however, so beware!. You can drink it faster than sipping, but I wouldn't strive to go much beyond gulping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
As opposed to what!? Chugging or mixing!?
If chugging -- dude, save your money!. Get some Olde English 400 or some crap scotch!. Wine is usually expensive to get drunk from, if you consider the cost per unit of alcohol!.
If mixing -- there are plenty of great wine cocktails out there!. Mix some orange juice and champagne together !.!.!.!. that's a mimosa!. Or mix some red wine with fruit juice and spices, that's sangria!. There are lots of options when it comes to mixing wine; I'd recommend surfing some bartending sites online!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wine can be a great additive to sauces!. Used with vinegar in a marinade, or used to deglaze a pan creating a demi glaze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Swirl, sniff, sip!. I do the same thing with my whiskey, tequila, vodka, beer (well no swirl on the beer)!. Im paying for that hand crafted flavor, might as well enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I take big drinks or big gulps of my wine when I drink it while eating pasta or red meat - red wine helps break down red meat which is great, and I love wine so I drink it like I would drink a great beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
