True Absinthe, you can’t!. You can however find a variation at many U!.S!. liquor store, but they aren’t the real thing!. The real thing is illegal to buy in the U!.S!., but not to possess!.

I suggest ordering it online from a French website (buying this way is considered buying it in France) and shipped to you!. You very well might pay up to $120!.00 U!.S!. when all in said and done, but I guarantee you it will be worth it!.

Here are the websites for the two brands that are legally sold in the US at this time; just look at the locations where they are being sold to see if you can purchase it in your state!. If not I'm also including a website that is very good with shipping Absinthe from Germany and they are reliable (though you are going to pay more for importing it)!.

I live in MA and they just legalized the sale of it here, I thought it was country wide, but I guess just in MA!. so we have it in liquor stores here!.!.!.!. its up to the store owner if he wants to sell it or not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
