First and most importantly!.!.!. Beer should ALWAYS be poured!. It stimulates carbonation, protecting the beer from oxidizing (off flavors) and release aroma for better enjoyment!.
Second, drink fast!. Cheaply made lagers (Bud, Miller, Coors and the like) are meant to be consumed as quickly as possible to prevent them from warming up and revealing their true flavor!. Real beer is meant to be consumed at no lower than 45F and some like barleywines should be drank at just below room temperature!. Having your beer "ice cold" like the major brands recommend shocks your taste buds and prevents the true flavor from coming through!.
Third!.!.!. you keep drinking it because it is beer and beer is good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's an unfiltered beer, there will be sediment on the bottom, which you don't want to drink!. It's like a yeast graveyard!. also, the bottom of any drink contains a lot of backwash (your saliva)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's either flat or it's unfiltered!. if it's unfiltered, just roll the bottle before drinking (not shake!)!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Because it has time to get warm, lose carbonation, and be exposed to the air!.
And because you can't waste beer!Www@FoodAQ@Com
