Question: How many years is Jack Daniel's No!. 7 whiskey distilled!?
Meaning how many years does it sit in the barrels after everything else is done!. I know the minimum is 3 years for any whiskey but most are for longer than that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is distilled in a matter of minutes!.

After distillation it is aged for an average of 3 to 12 years in white oak barrels!.

After which time batches of varying ages are blended to create a more consistent flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That would mean aged and not distilled and I worked in a distillery, if it doesn't say a specific number of years on the label then it's not a certain predetermined amount of time, just when they decide it's ready!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
