1 Tbls granulated sugar

I had these in Brazil-- they are really good! Get the right kind of liquor-- I don't remember the name of it but it comes from the sugar cane!.

Take fresh sliced limes and sugar-- pulvarize and mash the limes and sugar together!. At some bars they use a thick wooden tool that looks like a tool for crushing medicine (a mortar!?)!.

Anyhow, remove the limes and you will have a lime, pulp and sugar mixture!. Add ice and the liquor and you have a caiparina!.

The trick is in mashing your limes and sugar together!.

Fabulous drink-- I had one in Belgium once and it was as good as the one in Brazil!Www@FoodAQ@Com
