A fifth means one fifth of a gallon!. So that is 4/5 of a quart, or 750 ml!. Or about 3!.2 cups!. But they do sell So Co in fifth bottles, so it would be just as easy as going to the store and ask them for a fifth bottle!. Hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
