Ice wines -- because of their very high sugar content - will keep a long time!.
I find German ice-wines have a very high level of acidity and you should keep them at least 10 years for the acids to soften, whereas Canadian ice wines don't have that acidity and need not be aged, although they wil keep, but I'd drink 'em young to enjoy their freshness as I don't think they'll improve by keeping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
