Why do so many teetotal people...?!
!.!.!. map their way into a Beers, Wines & Spirits section just to tell everybody "I don't drink" or "don't drink"!? This doesn't contribute much to any Q & A's does it!?

My guess would be because when a question is asked, it goes the the Yahoo! Answers homepage for a short time, where everyone can see it, regardless of what sections they were going to browse!. When they see a question about alcohol, they feel they are compelled to share their knowledge of not drinking with the world, and maybe even look around the Beer, Wine, & Spirits section a little bit while they're there to see if they can "help" anyone else!.

sometimes posting a contrary opinion is fine!. But to go into an area where you know that is the main subject just so you can pontificate is just sick!. i think that people do it to feel better about themselves!.

one of my friends from high school is teetotal, she hasnt had a drink since she was 14 (18 now, which is suprising because i have drank every weekend since i was about 13 haha!.!.!.

Because they're being sanctimonious and think they have a duty to preach to us poor lost souls!. Too many of these people around these days if you ask me!. I presume the same thing happens with the anti-smoking brigade!.
