Question: How do you make good southern sweet tea!?!?

Southern Sweet Sun Tea:
Sun Tea Jar, 3 family size Luzianne teabags, fill with water, when it gets dark enough for your liking, about 3 hours in the sun, bring it in, pull the teabags, add 3/4 to 1 Cup sugar, stir and serve over ice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Medium size sauce pan, fill with water, drop 8 normal tea bags in, Bring water to just before rolling boil and turn the heat off or remove it from the burner!. Let steep for about 20 minutes!. Remove teabags, add 2 cups of sugar, stir to dissolve!. Pour mixture into a gallon container, finish filling with cold water!. Refrigerate!.
I use an empty milk jug!. I usually make 2 to 3 gallons at a time and they fit fine in the fridge!.
It is best if you wait until tea is chilled before serving!. Pouring it fresh off the stove even with the cool water in it uses to much ice and dillutes it too fast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put your tea in an ole milk jug you dun cut the top off!. Set it on the roof of the trailer for a acouple days cycle of rain and sun

!. Then you put as much sugar as you can scrape out the pantry and if that ain't nuff then add one dem cool aid packages!.

Sun tea is disgusting!! I like my tea to just about rot my teeth out with every sip!.

Depending on the amount you want to make!.!.!.!.!.!.I make 4 quarts at a time!. !.!.!.!.!.!.

In each 2 quart pitcher I scoop 2 cups of sugar in each

I fill a large pot of water!.!.!.!.bring it to a boil!.!.!.!.!.!.turn off the heat
add 6 tea bags(I prefer luzianne or tetley) cover and let steep for 20 to 30 mins!.
Remove teabags
Pour tea into pitchers!.!.!.HALF WAY
Stir to dilute sugar well
fill the rest of the way with ice cold water
Stir and refridgerate
Any unused tea in the pot can be refridgerated and heated when ready to make more tea!.
