If the bottle is truly sealed, there will not be room for much evaporation since gasses need more space than liquids do!. In liquids the molecules are very close together, but to become a gas the molecules need room to spread out!. There will be a finite amount of room in a closed bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
