pretend it says jun08 and neck it!.

remember some booze gets better with ageWww@FoodAQ@Com

Doesn't that have milk in it!? I wouldn't drink it!.

LoL @ the people saying it's just a "Best Before" date!. Have you had milk 6 months past the expiration date!? Just because the seal hasn't been broken, doesn't mean the milk hasn't gone bad!.!.!.and just because it has alcohol in it, doesn't mean it's OK!.

Drink at your own risk!. I'm sure you won't die from it, but it probably won't make you feel too good afterwards!.!.!.!.like someone else said!.!.!.it could give you the runs!. LoL Or possibly just make your stomach act crazy for a while until your body gets rid of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it has been kept out of direct sun light and in a cool enough place it should be fine!. The best way to tell for sure is if it is as smooth and milk as when new!. I've seen off Baileys and it gloops like gone off milk!.
If it flows ok then do a small taste test!. If it taste fine and your stomach is still in one piece the next day then you are good to go!.
Enjoy with coffee, Frangelico, Kaluha, Tia Maria or just on the rocks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Taste a small amount!. If it doesn't taste radically different, you're good to go!. The alcohol will kill bacteria in it for the most part, but the only worry you may have is poorly tasting Baileys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes if it tastes ok (That also goes for the milk in the back of the fridge that was supposed to go off last week)!. The dates are at best a guide, at worst only there to make you buy a replacement!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Baileys is always ok to drink :)!. Seriously, it will be fine alcohol of that percent never spoils!. I make my own and have had some batches over a year old, it even seems better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as it is still liquid and not clumpy, it is ok to drink!. You must keep it in the refridge after opening and and checking it outWww@FoodAQ@Com

It'll probably be good for another year!.
Open, pour and see if it seperated or formed clumps!.

If not drink it!.
It's fine!.

I wouldn't with anything that has a dairy product in it, that why it has an expiration date, unlike most alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldn't, but it wont do you any harm!. i drank beer a year out of date and all it gave me was the runs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
