What beer should l serve after Steak Dinner?!

Question: What beer should l serve after Steak Dinner!?
ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
After!? I can't have a beer WITH dinner!? Anyway, something like Bass Ale would be great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're serving it with dessert:
A light chocolate cake - an Imperial Stout
Something heavy - Barleywine, Sweet Stout, even a fruit lambic
Something light & fruity - a Hefeweizen

Basically, the strength of a beer should equal the strength of flavor of the food you pair it with!. You don't want the beer to overpower the food, or vice-versa!.

If the beer IS dessert:

You can go many ways; after steak, maybe a robust porter, Imperial Stout, Dry Stout or a Belgian Abbey Ale!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

After dinner, I'm not sure!. I guess it depends if you'd be serving a dessert with the beer!. You'd probably want something light since you just finished a heavy meal!. Perhaps a fruity beer would be in order, like a blueberry beer, or as I said just something light!.

If you were looking to serve beer WITH the dinner, I'd recommend something with a fuller body to match the heaviness of the steak and a good malt character to compliment the caramelized flavors of the steak!. Go with a good heavy lager like Sam Adams or something with more of a roasted barley character, like a porter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

With Beer, it more depends on a person's taste !.!.!.!.!.!.!. there is no reliable guide like wine !.!.!.!.!.!.!. but if you really have no clue, usually hopier and darker beers go better with red meat like steak !.!.!.!.!.!.!. with steak, I would offer Guinness, Newcastle Brown Ale, Sheaf's Stout, or Black Butte Porter !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. = )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why aren't you serving it with!?

Pairing the correct beer with the correct meal is sometimes a challenge!.!.!. but if you remember that darker beers go best with red meat, bold food need bold beer and chicken goes with just about anything!.!.!. you'll be fine!.

Well personally i prefer bud light, but also a good full bodied beer would be great like MGD or Highlife Michelobe ultra or even a dark like an amberbock!. Really the best thing to do would be just to ask the guest what they prefer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Michelob is a good full beer that goes good with steak, if you like a full bodied rich beer!. But if you like a light beer I would go with a Bud lite or Coors lite either is good and not filling!. hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hurricane High gravity or 211!.

Usually find these in convenience stores alot, but i see them at grocery stores too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go with any light beer, you cant lose, I especially like Mickey's, or even just a Miller!. Corona is okay with Hot Dogs and Burgers but a bit too much for steak I think!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bud light, it should be served before, after, and during dinnerWww@FoodAQ@Com

Go with a guinness or a black and tan (guinness and harp), both are full flavors that would go great with a steakWww@FoodAQ@Com
