Answers:
With steak, you should serve a red wine !.!.!.!.!.!. cabernet, merlot, or a shiraz !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. = )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red wine is the choice!. I would recommend however a light red wine!. Usually, heavy red wines are used with beef but if you are a new wine drinker, heavy wines will be unpleasant!. I would recommend a light red French regional pinot noir or Beaujolais which can be had in a supermarket for $12 a bottle!. Contrary to myth, the wine should be cooled by placing it is the refrigerator for 30 minutes as the French drink their wine around 60 degrees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the rule of thumb for serving wine is red wine with any red meat and white with white meat, sweet for desserts and foi gras or patè !.!.!.!. there are some very light red wines however that can be served with both, like pinot noir for example, you can drink that with fish, beef, chicken, lamb, or pork etc!.!.!.!. if you are serving a firm cheese you would go with red wine and soft cheese is better with whiteWww@FoodAQ@Com

red!. technically!.

But assuming you're not a wine snob!. Drink whatever the heck sounds good to you!. I don't buy into the having to pair wines rule!. Whatever, If you want to drink white with it, drink white with it!. You're the one drinking it, not them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red; something along the lines of a big cab or a shiraz; something pretty full-bodied!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red traditionally goes with meat dishes!.

I think if most people are honest with themselves, though, sometimes you'd just rather have a beer!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red--they have a more robust flavor to them and stand up and compliment meat very well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
