Its neither!. people are the cause of all the worlds problems!. But nobody likes to believe this, so its easy to blame the alcohol rather than the people drinking it who cause the problems!.
Put it this way, beer bottles dont sprout legs and arms then go around causing fights, damaging property etc, PEOPLE do!.
Everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions!.
The reason I'm so bitter is because theres talk of putting up prices on booze in the UK because a small minority cant be responsible drinkers!. Those of us who are responsible get crapped on as a result :(Www@FoodAQ@Com
