Would you have called this drunk?!

Question: Would you have called this drunk!?
I don't drink to get drunk and I don't drink too often other than one here and there, but it's usually something very light like a bottle of Mike's or wine cooler!. But I went out one night with a friend of mine and had quite a few shots of 80 proof vodka!. Last time I got drunk, I couldn't walk, hugged the toilet all night long, and had the worst hangover ever the entire next day!. But this time, I was just unable to walk very well and passed out in his car when he took me home!. When we got back, we just sat outside and I ate 3 slices of pizza and immediately felt better!. Didn't feel sick at all!. Started walking normally again, and before I knew it, I was 100% ok and drove home!. Went to bed, and didn't wake up with a hangover whatsoever!. What happened!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You did indeed become quite drunk, but you also had time enough to recover, you did the right thing by eating a high-carb snack to help counter the effects of the alcohol, and you didn't throw up, all of which led to the likelihood that you ended up not feeling so bad the next day!.

I wouldn't recommend doing this too often!. It could have been just a fluke that included the timing and the span of time involved in your imbibing, but all in all, I'd say you were probably pretty lucky!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You were so drunk you could barely see! Some times you have to get home, but I wouldn't have advised driving! Anyway, I am glad that you made it home safe!.
Vodka has fewer of the things that make us sick or that produce hangovers!. Don't try that with bourbon or scotch!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You were definatly drunk sounds like you had a good time!. Try eating before you start drinking you won't get as drunk as fast!. This is why you felt better aftedr you ate!. Beer munchies is great!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you shouldn't have been driving - you are lucky you didn't kill anyone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
