A method for freezing sake which comprises placing sake filled in containers in a refrigerator which is equipped with a strong cooling device and a fan device for continuous air flow and has ventilating spaces at side walls and floor of the freezer; and continuously flowing air with setting a temperature sensor in the refrigerator at 2 to 70° lower than a desired product frozen temperature, e!.g!., -20° C!. so that sake becomes sherbet form wherein water in sake is frozen in spongy or needle form to embrace an alcohol containing part therein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most wines will freeze!. Sake is a bit higher than your traditional wines, usually around 15%!.

That's probably going to actually freeze solid!.

Could try a bucket of ice inside the refrigerator, probably won't freeze!. (Freezers are 0F, so ice from a freezer is 0F but warms up to 32F if allowed to, as a fridge is 38F!. You should be able to maintain a temperature of between 15-25F with this method and a little maintenance throughout the day)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
