Bombay Sapphire with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water with a slice of lemon ( not lime ) is the traditional drink made famous by the British during their time in India!. The tonic water contains quinine to ward off malaria ( by the way! )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, gin taste like the botanicals used to flavor it!. The predominant flavor is Juniper Berries, ergo the "pine flavor" Some popular premiums are Tanqueray "TEN", very heavily perfumed!.

My fav is Bombay Sapphire!. Excellent in Martini's!. Keep your Gin in the freezer it will not turn solid!. Classic martini - Pour over ice in a shaker, shake - contemplate your thoughts as you look at a bottle of vermouth- pour (strain) into a chilled Martini glass, add one (two is a snack, more is a meal) olive, or an onion (not my preference) or a lemon rind twist (also not my preference)!. and enjoy!. all other gin martinis are based on the classic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like a real martini, gin and vermouth!. Without vermouth, its not a martini, just straight gin in a martini glass!. Don't get me wrong, I also like straight gin if its high quality, but I don't try to call it a martini!. Gin and tonic is refreshing in hot weather, as well as a Tom CollinsWww@FoodAQ@Com

To be honest, I'm not a huge gin fan!. But if you're going for it, I would recommend Bombay Sapphire!. It's infused with something like 10 exotic herbs and spices, including almonds, lemon, and coriander!. And it isn't ridiculously expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is truly an acquired taste!

I like it with tonic and a slice of lime!.

It's also tasty in lemonade! This would probably be the way to go for your first gin drink!. Sort of a Tom Collins, if you will!.

And of course, a Martini is classic, but it's a little too strong for me, personally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As the saying goes!.!.!.!."Gin makes you sin!!!"

LOL!.!.!.!.my husband loves it with grapefruit juice!

I like it with tonic & a piece of lime!.

A martini can be made with either gin or vodka!.

Seagrams is a good middle-of-the-road brand!. More expensive is Tanqueray!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depending on the kind you get is the taste!. Cheap gin is horrible!.

I drink Bombay Sapphire and Tonic with a twitst of lime!. You could also make a gin Martini!.

Other good brands!? Beefeater, Bombay, Bombay Sapphire, TanquerayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Gin taste like a pine tree---well at least I think so!. However, it is not bad an acquired taste, mix with tonic, and ad a squeeze of lime!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is smooth going down, to me!. I had London's Dry Gin!. I mixed it with pineapple juice!. It will have you feeling good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love Gin And Tonic :D witha little bit of coke

Gordons Gin :) Costs But Worth IT :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Smells terrible!.!.tastes like medicine!! Its gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
