Buy some glasses that are twice as large as your usual ones!. Then, when you drink, only fill them 1/2 full!.

When you are out drinking you have to order more!. After you drink more you will no longer have more so you will have less!.

I know what he means! He means to drink less of what you're drinking! Instead, try other types of alcohol!. Rum is my personal favourite!.
