I would say no!. Anything with sugar or artificial sweetener will help the alcohol dehydrate you!. The best thing to do is make sure you take a swig of water after every shot as a chaser!. A good multivitamin will also help replace what the alcohol rips from your body!. Shoot one for me!lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

all alcohol dehydrates you to a degree!.

Lemon juice in and of itself will not re-hydrate you!.

Mixing a shot with crystal lite might make nasty Cuervo taste better, but it probably won't have a significant impact on the dehydration!.

What you will notice a difference in is drinking 100% agave tequilas!. Cuervo only makes 2 tequilas that are 100% agave (the Tradicional and the Reserva de la Familia, not counting 1800 which doesn't actually say Cuervo on it)!. Non-100% agave tequilas are only 51% tequila with the rest being grain alcohols and corn sweeteners!. Not only do those make the tequila taste a lot harsher and give you a wicked hangover, it also makes you more dehydrated!.

Look for tequilas that say 100% agave (of which there are hundreds) and you'll thank me later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it isn't enough to hydrate you!. The best way is in between drinks to sip on some water, or better yet gatorade because it has electrolytes to help rehydrate you!. And just pace yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not really, no!. Drink water!. By definition , the best way to hydrate, is always water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, the Chrystal lite will help!. I still suggest Iced tea though or anything with a lot of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i've try some tequila but i didn't like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
