Do you ever feel low and depressed after drinking alchohol ?!
I don't drink often, but when I have a drinking session with my friends, for a few days after I feel on a real low and somewhat depressed, my life is great and there is no reason for this apart from the after effects of drinking!.

Well, alcohol is a depressant so that might be why you feel down after you drink!. You should look at how much you drink; if you drink large quantities it could affect you more that if you just had one drink even if you don't drink that often!.
I always feel down after I drink more than a couple of units of alcohol (about 1 pint of beer), so that's the reason I limit myself when I go out with friends!.
Try having sessions with little alcohol and see what happens (it could just be the quantity you drink)!. If your friends are unsure of you not participating in your sessions, you can always get soft drinks and tell them that it's a mixer!. For example, Rum and Coke, Malibu and Coke or even Archers and Lemonade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well alcohol is a depressant thats why its really a bad idea to drink if you are already sad or something but yeah I have definitely felt like that the day after and I feel like Im ugly and just sad!. Its the alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
