Well!.!.!. Cans and bottles are usually 12 ounces and pints are usually 16 (In the US) - 20oz (In the UK) so technically pints will get you drunk faster since they are a higher volume of beer!.
But really!.!.!. they are all the same ABV and when consuming equal volumes they will get you to the exact same point at the same time!.
There are only two ways to get drunk faster!.
Increase your percentage or increase your volume/rate!. Consuming a beer that is higher than your average 5% ABV meaning that there is more than 0!.6oz of actual alcohol in it!.!.!.!. or drink more in the same amount of time!.
Now!.!.!. for the soapbox!. Drinking to get drunk is wrong and is the reason that so many in our society today have issues with alcohol!. Be they the crowd that detests drinking or the crowd that has problems with alcohol addictions!. Alcohol should be consumed for the flavors and the enjoyment!. There are so many variables it is astonishing!. I have anectotal evidence that the gassier the beer the quicker the alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream, drinking through a straw reduces the CO2 that escapes and may explain the effect!. In addtion the amount of food you have consumed and whether you are using any form of medication can have an effect, and lastly mood can have a large effect also!.
So in essence chugging a can on an empty stomach should have an effect faster than sipping a pint over a meal, even if the alcohol volume in both drinks is the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there is a higher volume of alco in a can and pint than in a bottle so drinking pints/cans wud get u drunk quicker because u are drinking more!. however it depends on the type of lager!. some are stronger than others!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
