Ignoring the times at family occasions, when did you start drinking alcohol!? Please include where you're from cos I'm interested to see if the legal drinking age affects things!.

The first time I drank was at 12 years old and I got brutally sick off of peppermint schnapps and Icehouse beer!. Needless to say I didn't pick up a bottle again for several years after that!. Peppermint schnapps is the solution to underage drinking, I'm almost sure of it :P
I think I started drinking like a 'normal' person around the age of 17 or 18!.

I was sixteen at the time of my first drink!. My first time drinking, and me and my buddy split a pint of everclear (190 proof grain alcohol)!. I wanted to die!.
Legal age at the time (and still is to this day) 21!.

Yes, you may be right, just don't tell the kiddies about Rumplemintz (which is just peppermint schnapps on steroids)!. They'd be more likely to die drinking it than get horribly sick, because it goes down like candy and carries a staggering 50% alcohol content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
