Verget Chablis is excellent!. Your description is insufficient though as Verget makes wines from several premier cru vineyards and vintages play an important role in all Burgundian wines!.

All true Chablis is made from the Chardonnay grape!. However, the wines themselves bear little resemblance on American counterparts and just a passing resemblance to their French counterparts from the rest of Burgundy!. Minerally, acidic, and with better producers and vineyards showing ripe fruit and a very restrained touch of oak!. Verget is a very well known name and fits all of these descriptors!. Verget Chablis can age up to ten years, developing honeyed and nutty nuances!. I'd probably let it sit until 7-10 years from the vintage date!. If you're lucky enough to have one from the fantastic 05 vintage, I'd wait until 2012 to drink at the earliest!.
