Should I seal my wine bottle with wax for preservation?!

Question: Should I seal my wine bottle with wax for preservation!?
Answers:
Wine should not "breathe" until you are ready to drink it!. Otherwise, you risk maderization!. That is why there has been a shift toward the use of synthetic corks and screw-tops on wine bottles, even for the better wines!. Seal the top of the cork, if you like!. Just remember to store the bottles on their sides to keep the corks wet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely not!. Wine has a cork for a reason - so it can "breathe"!. Read up on wine bottling and find out more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
