i think ifyou use good judgement ,yes ,my niece wich is 13 drinks red bull, but only 1 every other day; and on the other end of the scale, my mother is 62 and she has a (monster) energy drink once a day!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
