Depending on your level of a hangover, you can use various methods!.

The most basic is hydration and replacement!. So, if you have a moderate hangover, I suggest 32 oz of Gatorade and some light working out!. The Gatorade replaces vital fluids and vitamins quicker then water, while the workout will enable you to sweet some of the toxins out of your body quicker!.

The next is the bad hangover!. This is where you absolutly could not drive your own car home, and have a killer headache!. Again, the gatorade and work outs are recommend (allthought, low impact on the work out !.!.!. if you have a headache, don't need to make it worst), and then I recomend a breakfast that includes fats and carbs, like bacon and pancakes!. These will help your body tap into the fuel source quicker, and fat and carbs are best for you early in the day!.

When you get to the worst level of hangover, the 'how the hell did I get home, who the hell is in my bed' level of drunk, I recommend the gatorade, and not the workout (unless your going to have a second go with whoever the hell is in your bed with you !.!.!. then, maybe)!. A shower, and a nap are your next best options!. Food, again, should be fatty and loaded with carbs for quick energy for your body to tap into!. Tylenol is recommended over other pain relievers, as it focuses on the headache specifically!. Finally, I've never been one to shy away from the Hair of the Dog, so a good bloody Mary may be the perfect thing to ease you out of the hangover, even if all it is doing is reminding your body that you feel better with a little booze in you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's a few steps to my hangover cure!.

1!. A glass/bottle of water before bed

2!. A glass/bottle of water and 2 tylenol (extra strength w/ instant cooling sensation works best for me) or, if you can find it, these pills called sevidol that are pretty much tylenol + 25mgs of caffeine
3!. More sleep!.
4!. A glass of freshly squeezed orange or tangerine juice (the store kind will do if you're too hungover to do it yourself and nobody helps you because they hate the fact that you go out drinking and trample all over their precious garden while stumbling in at 9 in the morning)!.
5!. !.!.!.!.Touch yourself (inappropriately)!.
6!. A shower that's neither hot nor cold!. Like, room temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unfortunately, there really is not a quick cure!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Sobering up is a natural physical process the body goes through after alcohol use!. There is no way to bring your blood alcohol level down quickly; "sobering up" methods are intended to make the inebriate feel better or control him/herself!. These methods can be very effective in helping a drunker person to think or move better, but none of them will help you get sober enough to drive home!.

Sleep it off!. The more sleep you get after a drinking binge, the more sober you will be when you wake, and the more competent you'll be to go about business as usual!.

Walk it off!. Getting exercise can mediate the effects of a hang-over, but you also have to keep in mind that you could become further dehydrated!. Water is the first principle, but with that in mind, a long walk can serve to get a drunken individual more alert and back to a less shaky control of motor skills!.

You may also try some saltine crackers, bread or whatever food sounds good to you!.!.!.!.!.!. and something to drink!.!. once again whatever sounds good to you!.!.!.!.!.

Your body has a deficiency in certain electrolites when you are hung over!. You are also dehydrated!. Make a baked potato (in the microwave if you want to save time) and eat it!. Take a clacium/magnesium supplement pill (you can get this anywhere they sell vitamin supplements!. Drink lots of water and take some Advil or something similar for your headache!. The baked potato will provide you with potasium!. That along with the calcium/magnesium supplement will take care of your electrlite deficiency!. You should feel much better in about an hour and a half!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A (nurse) friend of mine once told me to eat a chocolate candy bar because it restores your system with some of what the alcohol tends to take out!. I never tried that, however chocolate milk did seem to help!. also, for me, ICE COLD V8 works wonders first thing in the morning with Excedrin!. If you can bring yourself to do it, the old saying is "Bite the dog that bit you!" and drink a beer first thing in the morning! It actually works, though a lot of people can't fathom the thought of it! Good Luck! Oh, and something else that used to work for me was to take a couple of Tylenol and 2 tbsp of Pepto before you ever start drinking! The Tylenol aids in headaches and the Pepto coats your stomach!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Start out by drinking a lot of water!. Your very dehydrated and once you get rid of that you'll start to feel a little better!.
Take an asprin, or any pill that will put a stop to your headache!.
Take a nice long hot shower, you should feel a little better after that!.
From my experience sleeping it off does not work - but there's certainly nothing wrong with a nap!.
Or you can keep moving!. Moving and walking around your house will help get rid of it faster!. You don't have to do anything useful, just a little walk around!. Eat some chicken soup - or any type of soup!. Once you feel a bit better and food seems somewhat appealing to you, make something involving bread, or more soup!. I find pop also helps settle my stomach a bit, because of the fizz!.
Don't try puking if you haven't eaten since you drank!. You'll have nothing to throw up but some lovely stomach acid!.

Nothing will quickly "cure" it except time, sleep and water - take 2 tylenols before bed the night before - then when you wake up, 2 more, drink lots of water and have something to eat!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

PEPTO BISMOL TABLETS!.!.!.!.i was sick the whole next day once from yager and mystaomache was sour the whole day!. I had taken the pepto tabs and literally 10 min later i could hold down food and started feeling better!.
